Biography

Robert Desmond is the Executive VP and Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker at Industry One Realty Corp. Robert was President of Aireco Real Estate Corp and a Founding Principal of All Industrial Real Estate Corp Which was founded in 1987. During this time, he specialized in the Sale and Lease of Industrial and Commercial properties in Nassau and Suffolk county. Mr. Desmond became the sole owner of All Industrial Real Estate Corp. in 1999. At that time, he made the decision to shorten the name to Aireco Real Estate Corp which then Merged with Industry One in 2018. Prior to the formation of All Industrial, from January 1984 until May 1987, Mr. Desmond was a real estate account executive for Schacker Real Estate Corp. and with all his experience being combined he totals 31 years in Real estate.

Robert grew up in Astoria and graduated from Pace University with his BBA. He raised two children in Fort Salonga and now resides in Mt. Sinai. He likes to spend vacation time in Naples, Fl and enjoys playing basketball, golf and racket ball.
