Mario Asaro has been President of Industry One Realty since taking the helm in  2009. Under his leadership, the firm has tripled in size. Mario holds the distinguished SIOR (Society of Office, Industrial, Realtors) Designation, whose select members throughout the world are limited to proven deal makers who adhere to strict ethical standards and educational requirements. Mario also sits on the Board of CIBS (Commercial Industrial Broker's Society) and was the first recipient of their Rising Star Award in 2005. Furthermore, he has been featured in countless articles in Long Island Business News for his opinions and his transactions, as well as being featured on the cover of the paper. He has been featured in the Who's Who in Commercial Real Estate 2006, 2011, & 2014. Other awards he has received include the Power Broker Award in 2009 & 2013 and the Lighting Strikes Award in 2013.

Mario is a Business Management graduate of St John's University and grew up working in his father's restaurant from the age of 12 on weekends and summer. He went on to running his own restaurant by 21, which he sold in 2002 to pursue Commercial Real Estate. Mario says, "the restaurant business taught me how to think on my feet, to work hard and long hours while dealing with dilemmas, and always with a smile on your face".

Mario also is expanding the firm and expects to open offices in NYC, New Jersey, and Florida very shortly, as well as additional offices soon after.

Sudhir Sachdev is an Expert in the Field of Supply Chain and Logistic teaches college courses on the subjects. Sudhir is a director of a large engineers and architects association (SIAEA), and president of a premier association of Supply Chain and Operations Management, focused on supply chain and operational issues. These oversight positions and past experiences have helped his clients get a unique perspective in navigating the issues of their business operations and related challenges of real estate transactions. He helps provide solutions in managing current and future planned facilities, to match the organization’s strategy and vision statement. Sudhir has had many years of experience in project management, credit and sales operations, and managing large established businesses, especially in fashion, technology, distribution, e-commerce and manufacturing. His interactions with executives, owners and partners of mid to large enterprises has honed his skills into the understanding of the larger issues of a business, including ongoing operations and expansion possibilities. He engages his clients actively and provides guidance throughout the process.

Additionally, Sudhir is a director of a large engineers and architects association (SIAEA), and president of a premier association of Supply Chain and Operations Management, focused on supply chain and operational issues. Aimal Pahrand is a NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson who specializes in the sale and lease acquisitions of industrial properties. He graduated from Baruch College in 2016 with a B.S. in Corporate Communications with a minor in Real Estate.

Although Aimal started his career as a Senior Paralegal at a Real Estate Law firm in Garden City, he became captivated by the transactional side of things. Aimal obtained his Real Estate License in 2016 and never looked back. He began working as a Commercial Real Estate Specialist with Sebastian Capital in Manhattan, before he met Mario Asaro and made Industry One his permanent home.

Aimal has always been driven by his curiosity to find solutions to the most pressing of issues. Whether it’s a zoning issue with a building his client has interest in, a conflict of interest in a contract of sale, or complications obtaining financing— he is able to quickly identify the route of the issue and begin constructing a strategic solution. Not to mention, his experience working on both the transactional and legal side of Real Estate has enabled him to provide a customer centered alertness that allows his clients to thrive in this market.

Aimal enjoys maximizing his overall health through eating healthy and daily exercise. He is also an avid fan of Boxing/MMA and the Manchester United football club. He is hard working and responsive to his clients, and knows how to get the job done.

Robert Desmond is the Executive VP and Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker at Industry One Realty Corp. Robert was President of Aireco Real Estate Corp and a Founding Principal of All Industrial Real Estate Corp Which was founded in 1987. During this time, he specialized in the Sale and Lease of Industrial and Commercial properties in Nassau and Suffolk county. Mr. Desmond became the sole owner of All Industrial Real Estate Corp. in 1999. At that time, he made the decision to shorten the name to Aireco Real Estate Corp which then Merged with Industry One in 2018. Prior to the formation of All Industrial, from January 1984 until May 1987, Mr. Desmond was a real estate account executive for Schacker Real Estate Corp. and with all his experience being combined he totals 31 years in Real estate.

Robert grew up in Astoria and graduated from Pace University with his BBA. He raised two children in Fort Salonga and now resides in Mt. Sinai. He likes to spend vacation time in Naples, Fl and enjoys playing basketball, golf and racket ball.

Joe Natoli is a NYS licensed Real Estate Salesperson specializing in the sale and lease of Industrial buildings in Nassau and Suffolk County. He graduated Clemson University with a B.S. in Real Estate Finance as well as a minor in Accounting.

Joe was also a student athlete and played college lacrosse while attending Clemson University. Joe started his career as a commercial mortgage broker for PMFUS at the S&P Global building in Manhattan. There he quickly ascended to the title of Assistant Commercial Managing Director. Working on the lending side of the deal has given Joe a great deal of knowledge on both sides of the Real Estate Transaction.

While working in Lending Joe became enamored with the acquisition side of Brokerage and joined the Industry One team in June of 2021. Joe is also the Owner/Operator of Gold Coast Power Washers based out of Huntington NY. Joe is hard working and persistent, he’s great with numbers and knows how to get the job done.
