Standard Operating Procedures
Prospective Buyer Identification
Industry One Realty Corp does not require prospective buyers to present identification in order to work with one of our agents. However, in certain situations, proof of identification may be requested. This may include a building tour when security requires it, or any other circumstance as directed by a third party such as a landlord, seller or listing agent.
Buyer Representation Agreement
Industry One Realty Corp does not obligate prospective buyers to sign an exclusive buyer representation agreement in order to work with our agents. That said, both the prospective buyer and an Industry One Realty agent may mutually agree to enter into such an agreement if they choose.
Evidence of Loan or Mortgage Pre-Approval
Industry One Realty Corp does not require prospective buyers to provide proof of a mortgage pre-approval or loan confirmation in order to work with our agents. However, please note that third parties — including sellers and listing agents — may require proof of pre-approval prior to allowing attendance at an open house, scheduling a showing, or considering an offer from a prospective buyer.
