Gregory Picker

Gregory Picker is a NYS licensed Real Estate Salesperson that specializes in the sale and lease of Industrial buildings in Nassau, Suffolk, Brooklyn and Queens. He graduated Boston University with a B.S. in Broadcast Journalism as well as a minor in Political Science. Since 2013, Greg has also worked as the New York Islanders Radio Color Commentator, which in Commercial Real Estate allows him to put his effective communication skills to work. In addition, this role has allowed Gregory to recognize the importance of preparation and knowledge in one’s specialty, which transcends to becoming an expert in the local real estate market. Furthermore, he possesses the ability to think quick and stay calm during unexpected situations. Many situations arise before getting to the closing table, and these skills have given Gregory the confidence and ability to prevent issues that may arise throughout the process to effectively close deals that leave both parties satisfied. While currently residing in Roslyn with his girlfriend Jillian, Gregory hails from Dix Hills and enjoys golfing and traveling.
