Aimal Pahrand is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, specializing in industrial property sales and lease acquisitions. He earned a B.S. in Corporate Business, with a minor in Real Estate Finance, from Baruch College in 2016.
Aimal began his career as a Senior Paralegal of a Boutique Real Estate Law Firm in Garden City, where he gained in-depth knowledge of the industry’s legal complexities. Driven by his passion for real estate transactions, he earned his license in 2016 and transitioned into brokerage. Starting as a Commercial Real Estate Specialist with Sebastian Capital in Manhattan, Aimal ultimately found his professional home at Industry One, mentored by Mario Asaro.
